Driver Terms and Conditions

1. Driver Eligibility
By registering as a driver, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, hold a valid driver's license, and have a clean driving record. You must also possess a vehicle that meets our safety and quality standards.
2. Vehicle Requirements
Your vehicle must be well-maintained, insured, and comply with all local laws and regulations. We reserve the right to inspect your vehicle at any time to ensure compliance.
3. Professional Conduct
Drivers are expected to treat all passengers with respect and courtesy. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or unsafe driving behavior will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
4. Earnings and Commissions
RideShare Connect charges a platform fee on each ride. Your earnings will be calculated based on the fare minus the platform fee. Payments are processed weekly.
5. Safety and Compliance
You agree to follow all traffic laws and regulations. You must not drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs. You are responsible for the safety of your passengers during the ride.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or if we receive consistent negative feedback from passengers.
